The One of a Kind Show is thrilled to be continuing the new Awards for Excellence Program, designed to assist in the career development of emerging artists and craftspeople. The 2009 One of a Kind Awards for Excellence were presented in partnership with the Crafts Council of British Columbia, the Gardiner Museum, Harbourfront Centre Craft Department, the Ontario Crafts Council and the Textile Museum of Canada.
Each recipient receives $1000 and a free 5 x 10 booth to exhibit their work at one of the One of a Kind Shows (Toronto – Spring or Christmas; or Vancouver).
