For over 30 years, the One of a Kind Show has been helping artists and craftspeople from across the country to make a living out of their passion. We know it can be a challenging thing to do, especially in the early stages of a career. And we want to do more to help!

The 2009 One of a Kind Spring Show and Sale is bullfrogpowered with 100% green electricity.

This means that Bullfrog Power will inject carbon-free green power onto the Ontario grid to match the amount of electricity used by this event. All of the electricity injected on our behalf will be sourced exclusively from wind and low-impact water power producers who meet or exceed the federal government's EcoLogo(M) standard for renewable energy.

Applications to be considered in the first round of jurying must be received by August 15, 2008 (for the Spring 2009 One of a Kind Toronto Show and Sale) and April 17, 2009 (for Christmas 2009 One of a Kind Toronto Show and Sale). All applications received after the 1st round of jurying will continue to be considered and reviewed.

Designer, Owner and Fashion Design grad of George Brown College, Dara Frydman fell in love with the idea of applying her design and textile science background into her line of accessories. Incorporating a variety of textiles such as viscose from bamboo, organic cotton, felt, cotton ribbon, leather, and vintage findings; each unique design offers an eclectic and free-spirited feel.
