For over 30 years, the One of a Kind Show has been helping artists and craftspeople from across the country to make a living out of their passion. We know it can be a challenging thing to do, especially in the early stages of a career. And we want to do more to help!

Applications to be considered in the first round of jurying must be received by August 15, 2008 (for the Spring 2009 One of a Kind Toronto Show and Sale) and April 17, 2009 (for Christmas 2009 One of a Kind Toronto Show and Sale). All applications received after the 1st round of jurying will continue to be considered and reviewed.

Mini Bio About the Artist
Diane’s first love is gardening, an interest she developed as a child while tending the large vegetable garden on her family’s Manitoba farm. While raising her own four daughters in small B.C. towns she continues her passion for gardening and creating with the bounty of nature both in her kitchen and in her studio.
Her work continues to evolve from her early days of pressing and drying flowers and fruits to her present botanical art. Over the years, she has developed a process that enables her to press vegetables and fruit while maintaining their intricate forms and colors. Her simple yet elegant designs seek to enhance the intrinsic beauty of nature.
Diane lives and gardens in Kamloops B.C. with her husband and four girls.
