The Great Canadian Pottery Throw Down is coming to the One Of A Kind Spring Show on Friday, March 29!

The Great Canadian Pottery Thrown Down at One Of A Kind. Friday, March 29, 1:30pm, Main Stage 
Moderated by Colin Asuncion, join us for this candid discussion as host Jennifer Robertson, judge Natalie Waddell, and contestant Thomas Haskell reunite and share their favourite moments from the first season of The Great Canadian Pottery Throw Down.  
 
Following the main stage presentation, don’t miss your chance to meet the cast from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.  

Jennifer Robertson

Best known for her starring role as Jocelyn Schitt in CBC's Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning Schitt's Creek, Jenn is also a talented writer, having been a key writer and performer on Spike TV’s Comedy, Inc. She’s been nominated for multiple SAG Awards and CSA Awards, and as part of the ensemble cast, has been nominated for several Golden Globes. She can currently be seen on the Netflix hit series Ginny & Georgia.

Natalie Waddell

Natalie Waddell is a Canadian ceramic artist and educator based in Toronto. Her practice is driven by the love of process and the exploration of heritage and memory through clay. A student of the Sheridan College Ceramic Craft and Design program (2003), she is known for her functional and sculptural work, as well as her active participation in local ceramic and arts communities and associations.

Thomas Haskell

Thomas hails from Trinidad, which heavily inspires his ceramic work, and now lives in Toronto,ON. He is a self-taught potter with 11 years of experience, which he puts into practice as the manager and teacher at Create Art Studio, a studio on the Danforth. His ultimate goal is to have his work showcased in museums and to share a realistic perspective on the Caribbean and its stories through his ceramic pieces.
